Scottish Borders Widowed Community

Alison Finnie is a widow and she lost her dear husband Stu in February 2022, at the age of 30.
6 months after the loss of her husband, she set up the “Scottish Borders Widowed Community” private Facebook group, to allow her to meet, and make friends with other people in the Scottish Borders who have lost a partner.

The group has shot to success, now with over 240 members. They meet up 3 times a month for a variety of social events. Some of these include all ability walks, lunches, coffees, pudding parties and craft nights.
